This website is directed towards the visitors, users, members, consumers, customers (collectively “users”, “you”). The usage of our website and our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with the terms stated in this document. By using and shopping at our website, you as a user of the website are accepting these Terms and should cease using the site if these Terms are not agreed upon.

All users are believed to be in acceptance of these Terms by using our services and shopping from our website. If any user doesn’t agree with our terms, policies, or conditions he/she doesn’t have permission to use our website. All the terms in our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer constitute an agreement between you and our website regarding our products and services. These Terms shall apply to you as a user, consumer, visitor, member, or anyone who has used our products/services or accessed our website.

In order to make sure that all the functions of our products/services should be performed in an orderly manner we will need to collect certain information from our users when they make a purchase through our website. Our detailed collection of information has been stated in our Privacy Policy but mainly, we may need to collect your full name, phone number, shipping address, e-mail, and payment information (processed through Stripe and Google Pay).  

You will be required to become a member of our website for placing an order. You will need to register and create an online account on our website. In order to register an online account, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, you’ll be asked to become a member. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are providing us accurate details about yourself, you are not under the age of 16 and you aren’t otherwise barred by any legal rule or law on using online services.

All content contained on our website may include, logos, text, images, illustrations, graphics, videos, audios, products, clips, drawings, products descriptions, and every other form of intellectual property (“content”) available on or through our website, is the property of Teaver. Our intellectual property is protected by the U.K and international copyright laws and treaty provisions.

Without proper, express, and duly authorized consent, none of the content on our website or related to Teaver’s website may be shared, republished, copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, changed, displayed, posted, transmitted, transferred, or downloaded in any form. You also may not, without the authorization of Teaver’s permission, “mirror” or “frame” any material contained digitally on this website. You are not permitted to copy, change, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or create derivative works of any material found on this website for any public, personal or commercial purposes.

SECTION 4 – LIMITED LICENSE TO USERS OF TEAVER

By being a user of our website, you are hereby granted a limited license to access and use this website. You are allowed to share any price listings, products, and items along with their images to social media and other websites. You can also comment on our website within certain limits. Users are, however, not allowed to download or copy any material from our website. Users also cannot use any of the images available on and through our website for commercial usage without our permission. Data mining, extracting of information, and robot web crawling is strictly prohibited on our website without our consent.

SECTION 5 – SHOPPING POLICIES ON OUR WEBSITE  

The Payment Policy is applicable to the purchase of our products from our website. This Privacy Policy has been compiled in accordance with the rules and regulations. The payment is made according to the prices of the products. We are using Google Pay and Stripe platforms as our payment gateways. No other payment method will be accepted unless authorized by the owner of Teaver. The customers will pay before purchasing the products and unless otherwise advertised all payments will be paid in full. We reserve the right to determine the price of all of our product(s).  

5.1. Cancellations and Limitations

We have a right to cancel or limit the quantity of any order for the reasons given below:

  • limited stock on our products. change in the UK regulation
  • mistakes in the description, price, or specification of the product
  • disruptions due to emergencies, natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.
  • if payment details are found to be stolen, false, or illegal
  • suspicious account activity.
5.2. Order Cancellation and Modifications by the User

All orders can be cancelled before shipping. Users can cancel their orders by sending an email at daniela@teaver.co.uk with the order number with a request for cancellation or making any change or modification in the order. Unfortunately, we will be unable to do anything if the order has already been ready or has been prepared and processed.

5.3.  Order Reviews

Approximately 10 days after a purchase we will send the buyer an email asking them to review their purchase via Customer Reviews.  

SECTION 6 – AUTHORITY OF TEAVER

At any time, our website reserves the right to ban or revoke access to our website by any user without notice. All communication posted to the website shall and can be reviewed by the admin with the agreement being terminated by the website for conduct in contravention of the guidelines set out below. These guidelines state that the user cannot use the website to:

  • reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any product of Teaver or any material available through our website, save and except to the extent expressly permitted by the owner of our website  
  • engage in illegal activity
  • transmit material in breach of the law or breach of the terms set out herein
  • you will not conduct any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or direct or indirect marketing to anyone by any means, or to otherwise spam, communicate with, or market to anyone any goods, services, or business not authorized by us
  • you will not upload, host or transmit any viruses, malware, adware, spyware, worms, Trojan horses, keystroke loggers, spyware, logic bombs, time bombs, or any other harmful programs or code which could adversely affect the use or operation of the website, our hardware or systems, or the computers, tablets, phones or other devices of any users or other third parties, or upload any content or materials containing any such content
  • transmit material that is defamatory and/or identifies an individual in a defamatory way
  • conduct data mining via the use of additional software or via any other practice
  • submit content or comments that are fraudulent in nature and/or are false or misleading
  • harass, defame, threaten, or intimidate another individual or entity
  • break or infringe any copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property law in any way or manner that may harm now or in the future our business
  • chargeback, the amount they’ve already paid, doing so will result in legal proceedings against such users.

SECTION 7 – DISCOUNT DEALS, COUPONS AND VOUCHERS FOR CUSTOMERS

In the course of our business, we offer to the users of Teaver gift vouchers, discount codes or coupons through our website and/or e-mail. These are codes that you may input on our website to qualify for certain promotions, discount offers, or gifts. Vouchers and discount deals are subject to the following terms and any terms notified to you at the time of issuing any gift vouchers, coupons or discount codes:

  • a gift voucher, discount code or coupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the purchase process on our website
  • we have the right to withdraw or cancel any discount code, promotion, deal, or voucher at any time
  • the discounted coded and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

If any such legal claim, demand, or lawsuit arise or be asserted in any way whatsoever related thereto, whether arising under the laws of the United Kingdom, or under any theory of law or equity, the buyer will indemnify, hold harmless and defend the owner, manufacturer, seller, distributor, affiliate or anyone associated with Teaver from any and all costs, expenses, or liability including but not limited to the cost of any settlement or judgment made or rendered against the owner, manufacturer, seller, distributor, affiliate or anyone associated with our products.

The website will take no responsibility for the processing of payments by a third party (such as Google Pay and Stripe). This must be taken up with the third-party website, policies, and data practices of which we do not control.
