Description
Royal White Peony is a white tea made from one bud and 1-2 leaves. The leaves are plucked in April.
This white tea is air-dried with light oxidation of 5-12% and may have gone through a quick bake-drying finish. Since white teas are the least processed of all tea types, they are less pricey than other teas.
White teas age well (around 5 years) – their flavour becomes richer, mellow and sweeter.
You should serve Bai Mu Dan alone, although you could pair it with berries, stone fruits, or sweets.
