Description
Four Seasons oolong tea comes from the Si Ji cultivar developed in the early 1980s. The goal was to increase the plants’ annual yield, avoid the use of pesticides, and produce good quality teas. The cultivar thrives at the medium elevation (800 m) of Nantou County in Taiwan and flushes up to 6 times a year.
Four Seasons is harvested 4 times a year. This batch is from the spring harvest, which is considered the best.
As all oolong teas, Four Seasons can be infused at least 4 times.
