Description
Gou Qing tea is a small leaf green tea from the same place that makes some Long Jing teas. The tea is produced in much smaller quantity than its more famous relative.
The farmers grow the tea bushes at an altitude of 200-300 m using friendly agriculture methods. They pick one bud and 1-2 leaves to make Gou Qing tea.
It is pleasant seeing the hook-like, curly leaves unfurling in the teapot, that is why we recommend a transparent glass pot for the infusion.
