  • Our website and products are targeted at persons over the age of 16.
  • You can explore our website without giving us any of your personal details. However, if you decide to buy products from our online shop, enter a competition or sign up for our newsletter, then you will need to provide some personal details.
  • When you register on our website or place an order, we collect from you: your name, email address, postal address, phone number, and order history if applicable.
  • If you only register for our newsletter, then we will only collect your name and email address.
  • We will keep a record of any emails that we exchange with you.
  • We also collate anonymous, aggregate statistics about the website traffic, sales and other commercial information which we use to improve our service to you.

Payment processing on our website

Financial transactions relating to our website and products are handled by our payment services providers: Stripe and Google Pay. We do not have access to or store your payment information ourselves. We are PCI compliant and we do not store your credit card information. It will be processed by either Stripe or Google Pay. SECTION 5 – DATA PROTECTION AND RETENTION

Making sure that your information is secure is very important to us. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable electronic procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Teaver will keep your data for as long it is required by our services. If it’s no longer required, we will either erase it or anonymise it. In case a user deletes his/her account on our website, we will keep their data for 60 days. Once this time period has expired, we will delete the data. You also have a right to data erasure under this policy.

Teaver would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date. There will also be a link present providing you with the option of opting out from our mailing list.
