SECTION 1 – DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch the goods within 48h of ordering. However, please allow 5 – 7 working days from the date of order for them to arrive, because most delays are outside of our control.
If an item is out of stock, we will advise you by email as soon as possible after receipt of your order and offer you a full refund, a partial shipment of your order, or an alternative product.
SECTION 2 – POSTAGE
Postage is calculated according to the weight of both the product and the packaging. In most cases, we use My Hermes postage service.
If your order is over £25, the product will be delivered free of cost. There will be standard charges of £3 on all the orders under the value of £25.
SECTION 3 – RETURNS
The products and items purchased from us can be returned within 5 days of the delivery date. There will not be any time relaxation awarded if the 5 days have been passed and a buyer failed to initiate the return process in that time.

SECTION 4 – REFUNDS
To obtain a refund the goods must be in the same condition in which you received them and you are responsible for returning them to us. The original packaging must be undamaged, unused, and in a resalable condition.
If you do so, we will be happy to refund the original price of the item or send you an exchange. If you fail to do so, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a charge which will be 30-50% of the price of the goods from your refund as we will not be able to sell those goods at a full price.
The product must be returned before we can issue any refunds. After we receive the goods back, we will give you a refund of the item’s cost excluding postage costs. Postage costs will be refunded only if the goods delivered were faulty or incorrect.
If you believe the goods are faulty or incorrect, please send us a couple of photos for verification at daniela@teaver.co.uk. If we sent you the wrong product, we will dispatch the correct product immediately after verification with free shipping.
SECTION 6 – DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
We will not be responsible for any damaged products during the delivery process. If anyone has received a damaged product make sure to contact the shipping company for claims. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
SECTION 7 – FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS
Our business including deliveries can be disrupted due to any such event that can be classified as a force majeure event. Such events may include, weather conditions, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labour disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control. We will not be held liable for any such event and for any disruptions in our services.
